Picked the wrong plan

I subscribed for public mobile, and got a promotion applied, but when I downloaded the app, I realized I picked the wrong plan.  I wanted the $35 CAD-USD-MEX and I picked the $34 CAD plan.  How can I change that while still ensuring the promo is applied?  Can someone change that for me

the $35 roaming plan still available.  If you have not make the payment yet, then it is ok.  Maybe you can uninstall the app first, reinstall and relogin the app and start the subscription there.  Again, the $35 plan should be there

So I have not activated yet as I saw that it is the wrong plan after I downloaded the app and was asked to confirm...but there is only a confirm button and not a "do not confirm" button.  And I chose esim, so the minute I activate it will go live.  My preference would not be to activate now and wait a month, I would prefer to just activate the right plan.

Given it is not activate yet, is there a way someone can switch it for me before I activate.  Or is there a way to cancel this pending activation so i can resubscribe to the right plan?

Did you already activate the plan yet? If not activate, when you got your SIM card, you can change your plan when you activate your service.  If you already activate your plan, you can go to the app, go to manage your subscription plan, to check is the plan available, you can schedule to change on renewals, then next month you can change to that plan and you will not lose your this month payment. If both are not fit for you, don’t hesitate, try to contact the service agent.
