I'm a new activation and ordered my Sim via mail because it said 2 days delivery. Now I see my Sim won't arrive until Sept 5th. I just ordered it yesterday. Can I cancel the order and pick up my Sim instead? If not, is my account not billed until activation or am I being charged for this wait time?

Until you activate your Sim card you will not be charged for your plan amount. Once activated and charged to your card your 30 day plan cycle will start. You can pick up a Sim card at corporate telus, koodo and select mobile klinik stores. Sim card purchases are non-refundable but it's always a good idea to have a spare Sim card on hand in case you need it ( lost/stolen Sim card or phone, defective Sim card or for a new referral?)
My pm Sim cards ordered the previous Wednesday arrived last Wednesday exactly 5 business days later as expected.....via Canada Post.

Sorry, but a SIM card order can only be cancelled if it hasn't already been shipped. It is possible to purchase another SIM card from a Telus stores. As for delivery time, SIM cards are highly unlikely to arrive within 2 business days as they are usually sent by Canada Post lettermail.
