Physical sim to Esim

•  Is physical sim to esim  tranfer is free of cost? Or I need to buy new Esim?

not free if you move from physical to esim

after you bought an esim, then getting esim replacement will be free as long as the last esim you got was over 15 days ago

to buy esim, download PM app on the phone you want to install eSIM, then login and go to Account page, choose Purchase sim card and select eSIM
