Can you call, text and access mobile internet? If so, you have probably done everything correctly. Good luck

Just to be certain, you're simply upgrading or changing devices as an existing Public Mobile customer?
Or are you switching providers and moving to Public Mobile?

@LarryjMartin make sure you install the Public Mobile app on your new device. Technically it should still work fine without it but it's always good to have for making plan changes, looking up your usage history or making other account changes that are all self-served. Pop your existing physical SIM card into your new phone and start the phone up, it should work. If you were using an eSIM on your old device you can purchase another eSIM for the new device through the app, I believe the app will not charge you for the new eSIM since you already had one

You got a physical SIM card? Then you just pop it out of old to new phone. Nothing else special to do.
If Esim, then you would download the Public Mobile App on your new phone and follow the process to purchase a new Esim. If you had esim prior, the new one will also be free.
