I broke my phone screen recently and got it replaced soon after, for some reason now since I got it back I cannot call out or send texts even tho it reads my Sim chip and my plan is active, so wondering if anyone else has had this issue before and maybe knows the solution to fix it?

@Briansheldon what phone is that? You don't have another sim card or eSIM setup on the phone other than the PM sim?
Try Reset Network Settings after a complete device reboot
You can also ask PM CS agent to re-provision the sim
