Last week I switched over to public mobile, from chatter and my phone was stolen the same day my service was hooked up I never even had a chance to set up an account online no I bought a new SIM card put my phone number on I can't do that cuz I don't have an account please help me

Hi @Frankiegetz1 , so your account with PM was setup and PM charged you?
You will need to open ticket with PM and get them to switch sim for you
Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):
