Today my phone number was randomly changed. I saw from previous questions that this has happened before and I would very much like my old phone number back. Can someone help?

By any chance, @LukasS , does any of your services work with your prior mobile service provider? (presuming you moved here recently from another provider)
When you try to log into that account, does it still display as 'active'?

A similar situation happened to my Fiance. SHE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NUMBER WAS RESTORED!

@LukasS Did you join pm and try to port a number into PM in the last month ? Did you reply yes to the old carriers confirmation text to port ? Did you check to see if the number could be ported into PM ?
