My name is Matti. I had recently topped up my account with a sum of $76.00 and decided to change my plan to something more simple. I then changed my plan to the option of 90 day pass, with unlimited Canada wide talk without data and it charged me $47.00 and left me with a balance of $29.00. It seems It didn't add on the talk option. My phone services at the moment are not active and I cannot proceed with any further options to fix that issue without having to make extra payments. May you please adjust the plan and use that $29.00 balance to upgrade the plan to the option of having Canada wide talk. The total of that should be $76.00. It would be greatly appreciated.
