Phone plan not working

I just renewed my phone plan for this month. 
I have made my payment, and it went through. As well as on my account it says it is activated. But it is not working on my phone. I cannot text, call, or use my data. 
I have used the question bot, which has led me to “request for a ticket” to get help. But it’s been hours. Anyone have any suggestions? Sadly the don’t give refunds on purchases which is ridiculous if the plan is not working.

Since you created 3 tickets. In the future, you can also private message a CS_Agent.

I’ve requested the “ticket” 3 times in the past 6 hours. Still nothing. 
Not sure how long it usually takes for them to get back.

Yes phone plan change, I forgot to add that in! 

Oh, this has a plan change involved.  So, it's plan change causes the problem and not a regular renewal

Your reply in another thread said you did a plan change. There seems to be a trending problem with that these last couple days. All you can do is wait for the support people to get back to you. Look for a red number above the envelope next to your balloon avatar.

HI @elishajonesy   there could be some renewal as well as plan change problem today.  Many posts about that. 

 

But try to reboot the phone once.  Reseat the sim card

 

if that do not help , Please open ticket with CS Agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
