My phone number changed without notice to me. Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you ask for a number to be ported in? If a port fails and a correction isn't made within a certain amount of time, Public Mobile would have had to assign a new phone number.

This is unusual.
Are you a new client or been with PM for awhile?
Do you have access to your self serve account?
If you do log in and click "change sim card". It will show last 4 digits of your sim. Now pull out the sim from your phone and see if they match. Green arrow on picture.
