I switched to PM today and the wrong phone number was registered, how do I fix this?

I spoke to Nestor from Telus and he was very helpful,he sent a ticket on my behalf because I couldn’t access the app and it seems at the moment that the issue has been resolved as at this time I am able to access the app

can you explain what you meant by " wrong phone number was registered"? were you choosing new number or try to port your phone number from another carrier?

did you request porting and entered the wrong phone number? There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask them to update it for you. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
