Phone number randomly changed

My phone number changed randomly on its own without any input from me. I now have a new number and no one can get hold of me. I need to get my old number back! Why was it randomly changed? I’ve had my old number for 20 years and now it’s been changed! HELP!

I ported back on Jan 26 and everything was working just fine until Friday night when my number was randomly changed without any inputs from me……?

@Johnny40  I’m guessing your recently tried to port number over to public mobile and the port didn’t complete . I’m any event you need support to try and help resolve or you
