I need to port out my number.
You suspended my service yesterday and placed the account on hold. I need one days service to receive the text message from you authorizing the port out.

They held my number hostage. Every other prepaid service I've ever used has still allowed system text messages from the provider so they are not all the same.
And public mobile didn't let me renew at any of their lower rate non data text only subscriptions, despite advertising it, I would get logged out when clicking the subscribe now button. Garbage.

You can black list them all you want. All prepayed carriers are all the same when your payment runs out service stops.

The only way to accomplish this is to pay for at least another 30 days. A number in suspension cannot be ported out to another carrier (other than Telus an Koodo).
