I reinstated my account about two weeks ago and have just tried to call my number and

@Maverick-27_ From your landline call your Canadian area code - 580 +4001 enter your Canadian phone number and follow the prompts can you access your voicemail?

For myself, it is difficult to determine whether there was a reactivation issue of your plan or that’s the way the system works when you are out of country.
Maybe other her would know if you are out of country and somebody calls your number. Would you get the voicemail.

It is time to create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

Is your phone in airplane mode? Turn off airplane mode and restart the phone. Then watch for it connecting to either AT&T or T-Mobile. See if anything changes. You won't get charged anything. You might even get your test call from your house phone.

Click the "Make a Payment" from your overview page after login.
Then, just add $1 to your account.

It's a bit of a trick to possibly reset your account. Go into make a payment and choose your own amount to pay. Not the amount due or a set amount. Just a dollar.

You don't need an add-on if you don't wish to use your phone in the states. But do you have it with you? Did you try the $1 idea?

Why do I need an add on for the States in order to receive voicemails on my account in Canada?

Did you purchase the 10 day US roaming add on for your phone? Is your cell phone in Canada or USA?
Not sure what exactly happens with your cell number when you are away out of country. Unavailable message or voice mail?

Do you have your phone with the PM SIM in it with you? Did you try the dollar idea mentioned?

@Maverick-27_ did you add a roaming add on to your plan? No, you need the add on. Depending upon the callers phone settings, the number may show up on your phone.

You account may not be provisioned correctly after reactivated your account after suspension.
If you account status is active, adding $1 to account may trigger PM server to provision your account again. The $1 will stay in your account as available fund to be used at your next renewal.

Dial 611 from your phone is your account suspended? If yes, access selfserve and hit the reactivate button.

Is your account status active?
Hiw long were you suspended for?
Maybe try rebooting phone.

You need to edit your post(click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your post, and hit "Edit"), and take out your phone number..... leaving that out for all to see could have negative results for you.
