Hi @CS_Agent,
My mom's phone is deactivated because the credit card on file has expired. I would like to change it, but when I tried to log into her account, it requires a security code, which is sent to her phone number that has just been deactivated. Please help.

then you need to have CS agent to help

Remember , when agent replies you , you are answer as your mom (you just help your mom to type🤣), they are picky if they are not talking to the account owner

Thanks for your response. I tried that and it only gives me the options to send text or voice message to the phone number for some reason..

people replying here are just customers and not CS agent
but you can get the code by email. On the same 2FA screen, click "Didn't recieve the code?" and then email would be an option in the following screen
