What is the make and model of your phone? It maybe too old.

Your phone must be VoLTE compatible and on the PM whitelist of compatible phones due to the 3G shutdown. Here is more information on VoLTE:

Enter the IMEI of your phone to see if it is compatible. If not compatible, you need a newer phone.
