Phone not working after plan change.

Did a plan change yesterday and now the i cannot make any phone calls, use data, text. It says my account is still activate and not payment is required until Nov 19th, 2018.

 

Can someone contact on 204xxxxxxxxxxx since my phone isn't working. CTN is 204xxxxxxxxxxx

Which plan did you have before and which plan did you change to?

Some details might help.

Have there been any other changes since then? like a network update or software updates?

The more detailed information the better people can help.

What does account status say? 

 

Try putting phone in lost stolen mode for 5 minutes the click found phone via self serve.
