I have submitted a ticket to get help, but it's been almost 2 days since then and I still have not received any help or replies.
I need the authorization text message from Bell to be sent again to my phone, so I can approve the number transfer to Public, however Bell won't do that since the first attempt expired. What do I need to do to get my number transferred over, it's been almost a week now without receiving calls since I signed up for Public..

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
