Phone not receiving calls

Hello! My phone will call our but when anyone try’s to phone me it says phone not connected. When I try to log in online the website is down, pls help

@Courtney00 Is it long ago you activated your Sim ?The port of your phone number is perhaps not finished?or you  can try to reset your devise  power off completely for 5 minuts .if still have problems you can sent PM to the Moderator.

hi

I'm having the same problem of receiving call.

I kept the lucky number active unfortunately while transferred.

Auto payment active and amount deducted from the bank.

All out going active but no incoming is active now...all calls go to lucky mobile.

Tried to contact moderator tean in last two days but no reply is been received.

Please suggest me what to do? My cell xxx-xxx-xxxx

Try the lost phone trick. To report your phone stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose  Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose  Lost/Stolen Phone  tab.  The choose  Suspend Service  tab.  Logout.  Wait few minutes. Login in and report your phone found.  Reboot your phone.  

 

If you still have problems then contact a moderator.

@Courtney00Did you just transfer your service from another provider to Public Mobile? If so, did you keep your service at your other provider active while you initate the transfer?
