There is money in for the phone to be active, I NEED MY PHONE TO BE ACTIVE! It’s still showing the funds have not been taken! This is urgent!

@Spir9193 - is your renewal today? If you have sevices working and you are looking at the Suspended message on your My Account, ignore that message.
But if you have no working services, are you able to select the reactivate button to resume services and become active?
If this is an autopay failure, or account issue contact CSA to report it.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.
