Hi: I have an iphone 5 and my public mobile account is in good stead (i have lots of data left on my plan). The last 2 days my phone shows no signal or data. While I can connect to wifi (if free or in my home), I can't make calls or use the data I'm paying for. I don't now what to do. Please help. Thanks.

I reset the APN and my data is back: hooray! Thanks for your help!

OK thanks. I wil check the APN. I do have lots of data left, so that's not the issue. Thanks!

Cellular signal and WiFi signals and the corresponding antennae are not the same.
As the other person mentioned, double check to see if you really have data in your account.
The other thing is you said you could not call either, are you on limited or unlimitted minutes - check that also.

@terrrrrri, have you confirmed in the online account that there is still data remaining? On the overview page, if there is no mention of data, that means it is all used up. The second thing I would do is check the APN to make sure it hasn't changed spuriously. This link explains how to set up the APN. This is a start.
