Phone dropping all calls

Hello . 

I took out the Mexican Sim card and put back in the PM Sim card . Texting works but ingoing and outgoing calls all fail . My account is paid and working .

did you try the PM sim card in another phone?

and you Reset network settings on the phone?

You can ask PM to reset the account on the system as well if you really cannot make it work.

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

what phone do you have? where you are in Canada?

check VPN screen on the phone and make sure all the VPN profiles created by the Mexican sim are deleted

And Reset network settings after a device reboot and test again
