Phone does not work

Hello

I just activated my SIM, messaging seems to be working fine. BUT

The phone sending and receiving does not work at all !

Any help

Alexandra from Customer Support Agent resolved it by refresh in the backend system. All good now ... Thanks for All of everyone's help ... Cheers

Yes I did reboot ... Nothing change

Calls and SMS are public mobile but both are grayed out

what phone do you have? Did you try to reboot the phone once?

Do you have another phone around to test the sim card?

@Jamal343   your messaging was working fine , maybe because you are still using iMessage on Wifi

do you see your phone connected to the network at all?

Is Mobile data working?

Any error like No Network? SOS? Sim not provisioned?

It could be a sim card provisioning issue on PM side, simple fix but you will need to engage support:

             Click "Yes, I'm a customer", then click "Sign In", once signed in, ignore the choices and type "Contact agent"
              Then click "Contact Us", and click "My Account".  Finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗ " and you can open the ticket
2. Or if you have trouble with Chatbot, Private message CS agent at 
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
