I have a subscription. My phone died. I got a new phone. I am logged into the public mobile app. I cannot find the eSim download to get my new phone sorted out.

Visit the 'Subscription & Add-ons' page in My Account
Select the option to purchase a new eSIM
Complete the payment, and a new eSIM will be issued to you.
You have to access the online account from your new phone.

Go to Subscriptions & Add-ons... As for getting a free eSIM ask agent for assistance (or somebody with that experience might reply soon).
