Hi there, so I'm trying to transfer my ESim from my One Plus 11 to my One Plus 12.
I tried going to transfer esim, scanned the QR code on my old device. But was told to contact my Public Mobile. Can I do it through the community too and are you able to help?
Thank you

@Yossy107 I posted the link above.
I checked for you as well, the phone is not compatible on both PM and Telus networks
If you just got the phone, I suggest you to return it for full refund

@Yossy107 it is certainly possible. And the phone might not have VoLTE support either, which is critical when 3G network retires in March 2027. Use the IMEI checker to confirm the phones compatibility with PM network:

Is there a link I can test my phone compatibility? Thank you

One of the customer service agents says that my phone is not compatible. It's a OnePlus 12. I'm not sure if I'm convinced yet. Is there a phone line I can speak to.
Thank you

@Yossy107 were you using Public Mobile app? You have to use PM app for eSIM
If you were using the app and unable to get nee eSIM, please engage PM Customer Support and they can send you new eSIM QR code to scan. Please open ticket using Public Mobile Expert Messaging using your Community/EverSafe account. Select Start a Chat to begin:

eSIM cannot be moved. BUT Luckily, you can get a replacement for FREE
To rebuy new eSIM for FREE, first, download the app on your new phone and login.
(If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either "Send email" or "Send Voice Message")
Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. Wait for the app to confirm your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $ and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device
(in rare case that PM charges you for the replacement esim, you can submit a ticket with PM support and ask them for reimbursement)

While direct eSIM to eSIM transfers are not supported, we do offer the option to transfer service from one eSIM to another by purchasing a new eSIM. If you are already using a Public Mobile eSIM, when you request a new eSIM, we automatically identify you as an existing eSIM user and waive the replacement fee, provided you meet certain conditions.
To qualify for a fee waiver when transitioning between eSIMs, you must meet the following criteria:
* The current Public Mobile eSIM must be actively installed in the device you’re transferring from.
* The eSIM must have been purchased at least 15 days prior to the new request.
