I have two $25 per month plans. One plan is more than the other according to my VISA statement. Why?

Did you use your referral code for that second account? Maybe you got the $10 and so you only paid $15 on the second account.

One account likely has some rewards or one of the accounts has a different avaialble balance already in it.
