Hi , I can not call out or receive calls I live in a rural area and was good till a few days ago . I have others here with public Mobile and they are working fine . I went to the city and send and receive calls worked fine .
I have tried turn off phone and remove SIM card and turn on and off airplane mode . None changed my problem .
can someone help please .

Hi dunkman I tried my SIM card in another good phone and the same problem still existed .

You can try a network reset of phone. (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
You can also try the PM SIM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.
