Hi all,
I activated my phone about 30 minutes ago, however it is showing the wrong plan on my account and I am unable to make calls or text.
Please advise the steps to fix.

I am in the same boat waiting for a mod response; 2/2 were generated by the system incorrectly. Kind of wierd if you ask me but hopefully they can respond soon as I have another line to port as well.

Send a msg to mod they will look after you
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
