I activated my phone about 24 hours ago. I am able to make phone calls, send text messages and receive text messages, but, when someone calls my phone number, they get the "we're sorry, the number you have reached is not in service ..."?
This is strange because I can make calls and when I call, the other person can see my number and all appears fine. How can my number not be in service if I can make calls, send and receive text messages?

Hello @RSS2021 ,
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
If this was an activation of a new number, and trouble-shooting above and from others are not working, I would contact the Moderators to check the provisioning of you account.

@RSS2021 were you porting your phone number from another provider?
If so, can you have your friends from different providers to test calling you (Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc). Your friends from the major Mobile provider should be able to reach you by now. Smaller providers, mainly VoIP , will take longer to find out you have moved to PM , it might take them a day or two
