I can’t change my number. I know the steps, but’s it sending me an error message.

@Shaka204 Are you trying to port in your number or choosing one of the new available number? Have you tried using incognito/private browsing mode?

Are you changing your phone number OR SIM number. These are different options you can do on your Self Serve account.
Either case - try logging out, then clear your browser's cache/cookies. Open a tab in incognito mode then go to the Change number or SIM number feature again.

try with different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox)
or clear the cache, then close all browser windows and relaunch
or Incognito Mode /InPrivate Mode
or try on another computer
