Hello,

I activated my account and said "Yes" to the Virgin Mobile text that I wanted to transfer my number. It has been about 8 hrs. No service. Should I just keep waiting?

All I had to do was download an ESIM for $5. It works, sorry I didn't understand that step.

 

Hope the price stays as low as it is now.

did you removed the Virgin sim card or disable Virgin eSIM?  do that first.  Then enable PM sim, set it as Primary and Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and try again
