open a ticket with PM CS_Agent. at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
type: Contact Us and Other
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

@HeYuzhen So have you actually gone through the activation process because you would have a chance to get a new PM number during that process, I'm sure?

@HeYuzhen did you activate via activate.publicmobile.ca ? during the activation process, you will be given a choice to pick a new number or port in from another provider
If you already completed that, can you make calls? or is it showing it connected to PM network? Any error on top of the screen?
