Just recently when I am away from my residence my Public Mobile data will not connect to my phone. When I check the Public Mobile it shows as no connection. I am unable to use maps, text, or internet unless I use a wifi connection at a mall or restaurant. Very annoying. Cannot figure what happened as it was working previously. Thanks.

Have you checked your self-serve account to ensure you have not depleted your plan cycle data allotment?
If you have, that's why.

Check your apn settings and ensure that your mobile data is on.

@GRT1 Can you try the simcard in another phone to test ? Maybe also try resetting network settings . If same use this link to submit ticket with support to investigate
