My auto renew is set up and there is sufficient funds on the card why is it not renewing?

@kleinser Your account didn't renew or you're seeing a message saying the account has suspended/expired which is normal (but needlessly ridiculous) PM's system posts during the renewal cycle and will usually disappear within hours.
However, autopay does occasionally fail, so if you've lost service but have available funds, then log into your account, after clearing cache/cookies using incognito/private mode or another browser, and click the Reactivate option a couple of times and reboot the phone if necessary.
