There are several different ways to pay if you don't have a traditional credit card. Still using a card that will also allow for it to be registered for autopay pm accepts the following:
Shell awards airmiles on pm vouchers. London drugs LDX program awards $5 vouchers per 10×$10 visits/purchases redeemable on/for pm vouchers.
Open a koho bank account and get a koho visa/debit card for free. It takes 5 min to set up and 5 business days to recieve your card. You get a min. 0.5% cashback + 1% for a referrals + 2% for pm payments. Currently has a $20 referral promotion. Private message me I will send you a list of pm koho customers you can private message and ask for a code if need be.....
I can also offer you the card info from a zero balance gift card that can be registered for autopay to earn the $2 reward but you would have to pay by voucher....again message me if you like....

Another option could possibly be to ask a family member or friend to purchase the top up for you by making a one-time payment. You could then reimburse your friend.
