 My husbands public mobile app was locked . Was waiting for our new credit card.  Is there a app or a web site I can go to pay his bill

so, password reset didn't work? if you can reset the password and get into his account, you can then update the credit card

if you cannot login , you can buy a Public Mobile payment voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and load it using *611

since the plan has already expired, quickest way is to  buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
