Please someone help
I must change payment info for 2 accounts for which we no longer have email addresses
it would be so helpful to speak with someone

You can still access your account without the need for email access. The email address is just the user ID. If you have the phone, you can get access via 2FA text. With the 2FA text, you will be able to access the self service account and then you can change payment informaiton and change the email address also.

Or you can make a payment over the phone by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC.
Or you can purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin. Vouchers can be purchased at:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples
