Good evening, I've been trying to open a ticket to start the process to port in my number from Koodo Prepaid, but the site the bot directs me to keeps giving a 404 error, meaning I can't open a ticket. The next thing it mentioned was trying to tag CS, but as I am new here (hello!), I'm not even sure how to do that. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@nofxer - Here is the link to contact an agent since it can be a hassle with ticket. Also CS_Agent won't help on Public Forum, only Private Message.
