Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I made two payments totaling $50. Was supposed to get that plan. Instead they put me on the 40 one and I had $18 left. They screwed up and now Im almost out of data when I should still have 4g left!! Because they put me on the wrong plan#!  HELP!!

@hilarybennett62, on top of the help you have already received, it is important for you to understand if not already fully understood, this service is primarily self serve requiring the customer to do all the heavy lifting so to speak.  After you get this problem sorted out with the moderator team, it would be highly beneficial to review some of the knowledge base articles to bone up on the account management.  This is a good article to start with since the account is already activated.  There are many other knowledge base articles contained in the knowledge base forum.  If you have any questions or concerns about the information, don't hesistate to ask.  The forum members here are eager to assist.

Who put you on the wrong plan? Did you set it up yourself online, or somewhere else like Walmart.

Did you set up your account to change plans?  Or did you just add $50?

 

If you were trying to change plans and it didn't go through properly, contact the Moderator Team so they can change you over to the plan that you were supposed to be on.
