Payments not going through

Hey community,

Is there anybody else having any payment issues? I have plenty of funds on my account from payment vouchers, and was issued PM points, but it won't allow a payment to go through. Knock on wood, I still have service. I have opened a ticket to see what's happening.

At this point, PM will investigate the technical issue at their end. Hopefully anybody that is experiencing this issue will get a quick resolution, now that it has been brought to PM's attention. At least it's not the 13th today!

The agent must have refreshed something on my account because the payment history is showing up online. I had to close the app to get the update to show up. It doesn't give me a warm feeling that I received a 611 text message about a payment issue while funds were in place, and presumably withdrawn. I hadn't dialed 611 to see what the IVR system would indicate. I will check back with any further updates.

It happened to me despite having the money put in my account in advance.

My funds are all from a payment voucher. I don't trust the aystem to process credit card payments. Hopefully the agent has some info.

hi @mitchnet12

sound like just an Autopay problem.  Login My Account first.  (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

Then click the button Pay and Resume services now and follow the steps to make payment.

If you don't see such a button, the use this link to access the payment page and make payment (remember to add E911 fees if it is applicable to your province):
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

if it still gives you error, you might need to pay by voucher instead.   Buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account.  This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers.  Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:
