How in the hell does a guy owe $36 on a pre paid service??? Like wtf. And no responses from any moderator. Also all my voicemail and texts (from public mobile) are in French. English is what I speak and write . Useless company I say

So you have activated your plan, for the next 30 days, and the Due amount you see is what you will pay in 30 days time IF you want to continue.
Your plan starts today. It will end in 30 days if you do not wish to continue. If you wish to continue after 30 days, you will need to pay it at some point before the due date. You can also let it sit for up to 90 days, and pay sometime within that 90 days to continue your plan.
Stop being the victim here, this carrier isn't out to hurt you or scam you.

@Reddin1If you checked your account balance using 611 and it's reporting $36.00 then that is what you have in your funds. Another possibility is that you forgot to renew you plan so your plan is suspended and you owe $36 to get it out of suspension. Which one is it?

Response time can take up to 48 hours depending on volume. If it's been more than 48 hours send them another message requesting a status update.

To change your voice message back to English call into your voice message.
Then press 4
Wait and Press 4 again
Wait and Press 5
Then select 1 for English.

@Reddin1, I hope you are not interepreting amount due as equivalent to amount owing. You are not obligated to pay the amount due if you do not wish to continue to use the service. Public Mobile will not pursue payment from you. This is exactly how prepaid service works.
As for language, IIRC you can select that during activation. The voice mail language can be changed in the menus. See this knowledge base for instructions.
As for language on the text messages, you probably need moderator team assistance to change it. In terms of moderator team response, it is not immediate. It could be a few hours or a couple of days depending on workload. Rest assured, they do not ignore any customer.
