Hi, can a mod please assist me in completing my payment?
I have auto-pay but my phone is not working, stating that there is an amount due when I call.
I tried to manually pay online, it tells me I have a balance of $110, but when I go to pay it says $0 is due and It will not process the balance. My card is already on the system, I would really like to complete my payment. Not a good time to not have a working phone!

My apologies. In this case, send a private message to @CS_Agent with your email address & phone number and let them know that you're having trouble with AutoPay and that it won't accept your payment. Replies may take a bit longer than usual with the issue I mentioned previously going on as I'm can assume they're getting flooded right now.

Thanks for the heads up, but my plan says it is Active and not suspended.
