None of Esso, Petro-Canada, nor Shell carry Public Mobile vouchers.

to activate your new Public Mobile account, you must have a valid payment card. Once you’ve activated, then you can pay with vouchers or even on-line vouchers from muskbird.com or ding.com.

To activate an account, get a Vanilla debit or other re-loadable Cdn payment card at Canada Post or 7-11.

If you are looking to activate a plan with Public Mobile,  you need a Canadian credit card or Visa/MC debit.

If you already have a Public Mobile account, to do so you would need to purchase Public Mobile Vouchers. 

There has been multiple reports of voucher system not working,  so you might have problems. Check Shoppers Drug Mart they should sell them along with Canadian Tire stores.
