If you are in a rush to restore service. Purchase a voucher then dial 611 and enter the voucher number. 
Voucher can be purchased from:

7-11, Canadian Tire gas station, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drug mart, Safeway or Staples.

You can try 1-855-4PUBLIC and use the CC in file.
