I'be tried two different credit cards and still can't make a payment. The system won't process the transactions

Website site is finicky. If you tried too many times with one credit card number, you may need to try again in 24 hours. Otherwise, you can log out. Clear cache, or login back incognito mode. Or try a different web browser. Sometimes even a different device. Some customers have success with the PM app itself.
If you don't have service presently, then you may want to purchase a payment voucher in store (like Shoppers and certain gas stations) and load up the funds to get your service going. Even online merchants like muskbird.com offers vouchers with a service fee.

Try clearing cache first before trying again. Or better yet try another browser.
If you know your pin you can also call 611 from your phone or 1855 4public with the same card number already on file.
But wait for a few hours before trying again as the system is probably locked by now.
