Hey - I am unsure why my payment hasn't gone through and it looks like it went through 3x times! Can someone assist? Let me know if that amount will be applied to future months or if it will be reimbursed?

@AnnMich , try clearing app cache and enable location permission. That should help.

Are you updating your CC on the app or on the website?

The top-up is the actual payment that will be taken from your CC.
The other 2 are indicating the plan you are in.

It also looks like I can't update my payment method. I try to change my CC number but it doesn't seem to save the new number.
