Hello
Most of time I pay my account by vaucher today I already pay 25$ after I want to do one more vaucher of 50$ didn't go true Try to buy another vaucher 40$ didn't go true what is the reason. I try to do online didn't go true .Representative from shop try to help could not put vaucher on my account what is going on and were I can get help

Did you make an error entering the first voucher pin#? If so you are only allowed to make two attempts at payment per hour. Wait one full hour before trying again. Using 611 from your phone is best when entering voucher payments.

Yes but I can't add I try to buy vaucher from 3 shops and when I tipping he tel me vaucher number incorrect

@postruzinizabel Some vouchers need to wait 24 hours after purchase to load them . Then others have real time vouchers that can be used right away like recharge .com

vouchers from some stores need 24 hours to be active. Where you got it from? wait 24 hours first before you try if you don't need to load the money today
