Im trying to pay my bill with a prepaid Mastercard and it wont let me into my account. I did the forgot password but it then says my security answer is wrong. So frustrated. Can someone help please.

1 you can apply a voucher by calling 611

2) if you do decide to change provider your account needs to be active.

On a side note, not sure why it's nuts. You have been given a couple workaround options.  And the password reset is doing what it is supposed to do. 

I believe lucky and chatr both have similar promos, but not the rewards that pm offers.

This is weird! You forgot your password and answer to the security question. Now that there is a bit of work you need to do to pay for your service, you would rather go elsewhere? Oh well, good luck.

When you will see the price of the plans with the other provider...perhaps you will change your mind??? @Linda-132 there is a solution ...but you have to wait for an answer from the moderators. good luck!!!

Recharge.com allows you to buy vouchers online instead of going to a store.  They charge a service fee but no taxes.  Typically it comes out just under the voucher +tax value.

Well then, if you don't want to make another trip to another store, you can use that to buy voucher from https://www.recharge.com/en OR wait for moderators to reset your password so you can pay from your self-serve account.

Yes it was a good idea with a mastercard @Linda-132..but if you can't enter in your account...you are blocked....new message private to the moderators...

@Linda-132 You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team to get your account password changed. You might have to wait a bit for their reply if they are busy. Alternatively, you can purchase Public Mobile voucher from local stores such as London Drugs, Walmart, Superstores, Wow mobile, The mobile shop or online at recharge.com. You can then dial 611 to pay via voucher.
