My payment didn’t go through today. I have no services. I changed my method of payment to a different credit card. How can I effectively make a payment. There is no message about « your attention is required » under payments tab. Indkmr see anywhere in the app I can pay. I’ve called 611 to go this route, and it asked for a pin .. I was never asked for a pin.. can I reset my pin? The app and website is not very easy or streamlined to just go in and make a payment and resume services. Quite frustrating.

you don't see a button "Pay and Resume services now" to make payment?
if not, login My Account again using browser, then use this link to load enough funds to resume service
