I am furious with company, tried 3 times with my visa card which said payment failed and account suspended. I went to my online bank account and 3 payments have come out!!!!!! I need this fixed I want out of this nightmare.

Once PM Moderators return from this Holiday weekend, they should be able to assist further.
Those 3 "charges" are probably just authorizations that may fall off within a week.
You can also just submit a Private message to one of the tagged moderators.
Hopefully someone from PM can help you soon.
